Apartment in the center of Malaga

Holiday apartment 3 minutes (on foot) from the historic city center; which makes it independent of the events that take place in it but at the same time very close to them to enjoy them.

Delivery and return of keys in hand (in the same apartment).
Entry: 1:00 p.m.
Departure: 11: 00h.
You can rent only one night.

The apartment is located in an area without noise, well connected and three minutes walk from the historic center of the city. In addition, we have in our neighborhood a theater, coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospital, health center, bus stops, playgrounds, gym, bars, etc. All very close. There is free street parking. The beach is 10 minutes by bus. The bus stop (called Plaza Capuchinos) is on the same street as the apartment

Al acercarse la fecha de entrada al alojamiento y al ver que no recibía ningún mensaje por parte de la propietaria para acordar la entrega de llaves llamé al teléfono que figuraba en el anuncio pero al parecer le molestó que la comunicación fuera a través de vía telefónica y no de la app… el piso en general está bien preparado de todo y limpio , quizás la pega que al salir del ascensor tengas que subir algunas escaleras. El día anterior a la salida del piso nos advierten que al no tener inquilinos en la misma mañana podemos quedarnos más tarde, pero nuestra sorpresa fue cuando sin avisar por la app ni por teléfono nos abre la propietaria y una mujer y nos sorprende dentro del piso todavía y despertándonos en la cama y dándose cuenta de este hecho nos mete prisa y nos dice que se había comunicado por la app cuando yo no recibo en ningun momento tal comunicación. Para más inri sueltan bolsas con cosas de limpieza invadiendo nuestra intimidad y nuestro espacio y nos da 20 minutos para recoger y marcharnos del piso, su intención era limpiar el piso con nosotras dentro ….Creo que deberíais mejorar la comunicación por vuestra parte y no hacer ciertos comentarios a los inquilinos sobre si desordenan o no el piso ya que no viene a cuento ….

L’appartement était très propre. Très bien situé à environ 7 minutes à pied du centre touristique. Petit mais avec toutes les commodités. Il y a un stationnement intérieur mais comme à beaucoup d’endroits il est difficile d’y avoir accès avec les voitures d’aujourd’hui qui sont plus grosses que ce pourquoi le stationnement a été conçu. Le seul bémol, le fait que les lits n’étaient pas tous faits à notre arrivée.

The place was great, but the location was not

This would have been great for singles and younger couples. The neighborhood is a college town. Not much available street parking and not many good restaurants to walk to. However, the facilities were very clean and the owner was a great person to work with.
