'AYALA Málaga City Center' is a complete accommodation, located in the heart of the city of Málaga, opposite the María-Zambrano Train Station and a few minutes from the beach, the port and the old town.

It's a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment that can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning (heating and cooling) in all rooms, a dining area, and a living/working space.

The area is perfect for exploring the city without needing a car. We checked in with Carlos, which was helpful since we arrived late at night. However, Carlos didn’t seem to know too much about the surrounding area, as we asked questions, where to eat, local beaches, etc. also we tried contacting him several times about, door handle falling off, no shower control knob and Nespresso machine didn’t work, but we received no answer.

Wir hatten die Wohnung vom 02. - 13. Januar 2026 gemietet.Die Wohnung hat eine gute zentrale Lage. Das ist aber das einzige positive was wir anmerken können.Der Gastgeber erschien 35 Min. zu spät zur Schlüsselübergabe um festzustellen, dass die Wohnung nicht gereinigt und für neue Gäste vorbereitet war. Das bedeutete für uns 4 Gäste 3 Stunden Wartezeit.Beim Einchecken mussten wir feststellen, daß die Wohnung nicht wirklich sauber war und auch etliche technische Mängel aufwies. Das größte Problem war, dass die Heizung defekt war und wir keine Heizungsmöglichkeit hatten. Bei Außentemperaturen von von 5 - 13 Grad war das unzumutbar. Auch ein Klimagerät, mit dem man ja auch heizen kann, war defekt. Der Mangel wurde von uns sofort dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, dieser versprach den Mangel zu beheben und einen Techniker zu schicken. Weder der Techniker oder der Vermieter erschien während unseres Aufenthalts obwohl wir mehrfach per WhatsApp um Behebung der Probleme aufgefordert hatten.Die Wohnung war derartig kalt, dass 3 von uns eine Erkältung bekamen und einen Arzt aufsuchen mussten um entsprechende Arznei zu bekommen.Übrigens in der Beschreibung im Internet ist aufgeführt:Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und eine Heizung.Fazit: Die Wohnung bietet in keiner Weise die Qualität und technische Ausstattung wie Online angepriesen wird. Der Vermieter war nicht bereit sich um die Mängel zu kümmern.Achtung, nicht anmieten !!!!!!!

Très bel appartement sécuritaire, propre.

Il y a 3 chambres à coucher et 2 belles salle de bains. Vous etrs a 5 minutes a pieds de lu trai et la la syation d'autobud. Pas loin non plus de la mer. Je le recommande volontiers. J'espère bien y retouner l'anne prochaineIl andes. J'ai aimé l'emplacement le quartier. Très accessible pour voyager en train
