Enjoy Breathtaking Views of the Ocean and Gorgeous Mountains!!! Newly Renovated!
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at the condo was 10/10! The condo has all the basics you need for a comfortable stay. The views and landscape were stunning, the condo was nicely updated and clean, and the bed was comfortable! The property is very secure, quiet, and although older is meticulously maintained. We were a bit worried about the area after reading reviews online, but everyone was friendly and we felt very safe touring around, going to the beach, and local businesses. After spending 5 nights in Waikiki, the condo was just what we needed to relax! We loved Makaha beach and our last morning there we had a large turtle swim by us in the water. Mahalo Vanessa for sharing your piece of paradise! "
"This is such a great find! We wanted to stay in a quieter place on Oahu. We found this gem before our trip. Danny was the best host ever. Communicated very well. Set us up with everything we needed. Hooked us up with surf lessons and told us all the tasty places to eat. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you want a quiet place to stay on Oahu on the part of the island where the real culture is, this is the place for you. "
"Our stay was part of a week long adventure in Hawaii. The view was beautiful.. sunset stunning The tent clean and comfortable bed. Outdoor toilets and shower were as expected. As a non resident this turned into our most expensive 2 nights."
"Beach view was incredible watching the turtles every morning. The staff was very accommodating allowing for a late check out & was a perfect stay for our time in Oahu & work events I needed to attend. "
Charming Studio Apartment with Cold AC in fabulous Makaha
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay. The property has amazing views. It is away from the tourists and we really enjoyed that. There are great beaches nearby. Overall it was a great value. The peacocks were fun!!"
"Every year my two sons and I stay at this condo, and we absolutely LOVE it! It truly feels like our home away from home. Vanessa is always so easy to reach and goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs. On our most recent trip, my youngest son wasn’t feeling well, and Vanessa kindly allowed us a late checkout so he could rest before our flight—something I was so grateful for. She also always gives us wonderful ideas of things to do with the boys, which makes our trips extra special. We feel so blessed to be able to return here year after year. Thank you, Vanessa, for opening your home to us and making each stay memorable. Mahalo! "
"It was a lovely well stocked unit - felt like home after a 2.5week stay. The shower is amazing. Cute kitchen with everything you need. Host was pleasurable, helpful, and diligent, ensuring my stay was error free. Television works well, has HDMI input so you can run video ouput from your laptop to it. The two beds are of different calibers. One firm and the other soft, who doesn't like choices? It is a very quiet unit with no-one on one side, nor below. During the Tsunami scare this month, the Makaha Towers were the place to be! The pool is also very lovely and clean. I would definitely stay here again. The Makaha beaches were perfect for the recluse I am. It may not be for everyone, but those that like to walk the path less traveled, this is the place for you. I will definitely return. BTW: Who knew Peacocks mew? That's what they sounded like to me. Cute! Didn't bother me at all. It's not a hotel, so don't go into it thinking it is. Think of it as an apartment and there are things you should be prepared to do for yourself. Observe and respond accordingly to parking strategies, and loading. It's a bit of a walk to the unit from the elevators (I usually took the stairs), but you get used to it. Also, the grounds of the towers are just amazing. The vegetation and the mountains are beautiful. I spent quite a bit of time stargazing from the 18th/19ths floors at night in the company of a cool breeze."
