Fridge, tea kettle and all necessary amenities like plates, cups, spoons and forks, and separate table available to have a breakfast or drink some vine with friend. Air-conditioned but it was not necessary to use in the night because we just left windows open to have fresh air."

I contacted the owner right away with video evidence, but instead of taking the issue seriously, they brushed it off and gave excuses. This is absolutely unacceptable for any rental property. "Amazing hotel. Even for 2026 Kyiv was amazing stay. I felt safe, easy to check in and understand English. Amazing location and close everything, even the metro. The view i had was great. Coffee bar is clutch. Would stay again if i come back."

Great shower, quality linen, mini fridge, strong reliable wifi. Right by the metro/subway station. Fantastic value-to-price ratio. The room had everything you need - a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen, a normal hotel bathroom, and a washing machine - good for long and short term stays. Very friendly staff and good internet. The hotel is a block from the metro and very near the main train station and main bus station - a quick taxi ride away."
