All is ok . Few dining area and coffee places around...only is that I don't really fancy the buffet bfast. More for the local but some are abit tasteless. Maybe this should be improved

Lovely all around! Level upgrade is worth it.
Stayed on The Level and the upgrade was definitely worth it. We loved the free breakfast and cocktail hour! The room was comfortable, staff were friendly, and location in the middle of the city was ideal. Our only nitpicky criticism is that we wished the fitness center had sanitizing wipes to clean the equipment after use. Otherwise, truly a great stay.

Excellent Service made up for the rest.
The hotel seems to had recently been refurbishment & room which i got was good with proper furniture. The hotel staffs service was excellent especially the gals from executive level. Other then the service, it's rather disappointing for a brand like Melia to have such old towels & basic toiletries. The dressing area seems to show age & there's some weird smell initially whenever you run the shower tape.

Unbelieveable stay at Melia Makassar
To me, this hotel is the best I ever stayed. Pool, Fitness center and food are excellent. On top of it, this hotel is walk distance to Mosque.. fantastic!

Clean and relatively good value
Stayed with my wife for 1 night for business. Didn't get a chance to use all the facilities however we found the hotel to be clean and we also managed to get a good rate that included breakfast. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makassar.

ワンランク上の快適なホテル
安かったのであまりあまり期待してなかったのですが、新しくとてもスタイリッシュで快適に滞在出来ました。 部屋、朝食などとても素晴らしいのですが、悪い点は一部の部屋の壁が薄く隣の部屋の音が聞こえることとエレベーターが2つだけで待たされること。そして金曜日のは明け方近くまで音楽の重低音が鳴り響いていること。(スカイバーからでしょうか？) スカイバーはマッカサルの夜景が一望でき素晴らしかったです。 ホテルのすぐ近くにオシャレなレストランとサークルKがあり便利でした。

Dette er det beste 4 stjernes hotellet jeg har vært på i Lang tid. Ypperlig service i fra alle som jobbet der. Hotellet er også helt nytt med 2 restauranter som serverer god mat. Spa avdelingen var veldig bra Fintessenteret har nye apparater. Rommene er akkurat passe stor med egen skrivepult. Sengen var helt ypperlig. Dette hotellet anbefales

New Hotel and great service
I stayed at the hotel for 7 days and this is a hotel that provides excellent service. spa, gym and the restaurants was good. The rooms was not the biggest but the size was good with a separate writing desk, the bed was good and the laundry went very quickly. hotel has a strong focus on service because all the staff opens doors for you and they always ask if they can help you with something. This is a good 4 star hotel!
