check in hotel problem

1. About 25 minutes at hotel conter, my name is not detected by counter incharge, even i showed your email booikng confirmation.. very gratefull after 25 mnt they found my name under expedia.. if not... my room is none no booking n i hv lot lot of trouble 2..The hotel said my booking is room only,, no breakfast.... even i showed booking confirnation... hotel showed me their received order is room only.. 3.The hotel is strategic location for shopping, culiner and losari sight seeing, just walking few minutes 4. Grabcar is good srvce to go.. safe n cheap 5.local food n fresh fish from sea

A very nice, inexpensive hotel

We booked and paid via hotels.com. Upon checkin, we were asked for a cash deposit of Rp 200,000 which is refundable upon checkout. The room is clean, modern and not small. The bathroom / shower is also quite roomy, not cramped at all. It has a desk + chair, flat screen tv, safety deposit box, air conditioning. The toilet has a built in bidet function (cold water only) and not just the usual "butt shower hose". They give you two free bottles of water. The wifi is a bit slow sometimes, probably depends on what other people are doing. We are staying in the new tower whereas the lobby is in the old tower. To get to the room, you'd go from the lobby, up the elevator to level 4, then walk a bit across the internal bridge to the new tower, enter another elevator to go to your level. It doesn't take very long though. Overall we were very happy staying here. The location is excellent, and there are about 4-6 convenience stores nearby which is very handy when you need to buy a bottle of water or some snacks. It is very close to Pantai Losari, approximately 50-70 metres away. The staff was always very friendly too.

No Fridge in the room. Very poor sound proofed room. Only give 2 bath towel, no wash cloth nor hand towel. Hard to communicate in English with reception/employees. Friendly employees.
