The villa offers 3 modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, terraces and a view.On the ground floor, you will find an inviting living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, which seamlessly flows into the open living room. Additionally, there is a washing machine and a guest toilet on the ground floor.All rooms are air-conditioned and offer satellite TV and WiFi.The outdoor area invites you to relax by the heated swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. A barbecue area and a covered seating area with a dining table provide the perfect setting for barbecue evenings and outdoor meals.The villa is located on Veliko Brdo, the hill above Makarska, and offers modern amenities and high-quality furnishings.Parking is available directly at the house, and the fenced property offers privacy and security during your stay.Pets are welcome (max. 2 dogs, up to 25kg. amazing!!

Very clean, big, and beautiful house! The pool and outside area were very spacious, enough for me and my five friends to relax on a hot day. The house has everything you need, and the host is very nice. It felt cleaner than most hotels I've visited. Will definitely be back.

Die Villa ist modern eingerichtet. Der private Pool war ein Highlight, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ideal, nur eine kurze Fahrt von Makarska und den Stränden entfernt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!
