Comfortable apartment, above Makarska, in the district of Veliko Brdo, 2.5 km from the center of Makarska, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 2 km from the beach, in the countryside, south facing position. Quiet location and wonderful view of the city, island and the sea. For shared use: property 1000 m2 (fenced), a large Mediterranean garden with barbecue, garden furniture. Parking spot. Shop 1.0 km, restaurant 200 m, pebble beach 2 km. The house is on the edge of an olive grove.

Amazing stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Makarska. The apartment was cute with an amazing backyard and view. Our host was very friendly and knowledgeable of the town.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in der Fewo "Bella Vista". Das Appartement liegt auf einem Berg. Es war sehr ruhig und man hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Stadt Makarska. Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet und wir hatten einen Parkplatz. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten war sehr schön angelegt und es gab einen super Grill und schöne Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten, somit konnte man auch gut draußen Essen oder relaxen. Die Gastgeberin Sandra war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir durften auch dalmatinische Spezialitäten probieren, dass hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Appartement gerne weiterempfehlen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Sandra und Ihre Familie :)

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Mit toller Aussicht auf Makarska, das Gebirge und aufs Meer. Mit dem Auto oder einem Transfer/ Taxi gut zu erreichen. Man hat seine ruhe und bekommt vom Tourismus nichts mit. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Tolle Aussicht

Wir hatten die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Sie war etwas dunkel, aber dafür kühl. Sie ist einfach eingerichtet, aber gemütlich. Wir haben die Zeit dort genossen. Weiteres ist der Beschreibung und den Bildern zu nehmen.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Unterkunft für vier Personen sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Uns wurden sogar die Strandtücher gewaschen, die es nach einer Woche sehr nötig hatten. Wir haben uns stets wohl gefühlt. Als Familie ist bei der Wahl dieser Unterkunft ein Auto ein Muss. Dafür bietet die Unterkunft eingebettet in einer Berglandschaft eine entspannte Ruhe und trotzdem ist man im Nu am Strand oder in der Stadt.

wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben und so auf den Fotos. Morgens draußen im Garten gefrühstückt, abends mit einem Gläschen Wein den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche dort.

Optimaler Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Makarska-Riviera

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung etwas außerhalb von Makarska (mit dem Auto ca. 10 min bis in die Stadt, 5 min. bis zum nächstgelegenen Strand) ist perfekt für Leute, die wie wir eher daran interessiert sind, die Gegend zu erkunden, als einen kurzen Fußweg zum Strand zu haben. Man hat hier wunderbare Ruhe und kann sich sehr gut entspannen, was im Trubel in der Stadt und am Hauptstrand von Makarska nicht so einfach ist. Die Wohnung ist bequem und gut ausgestattet und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Die Gastgeberin Sandra (spricht ausgezeichnet deutsch) und ihre Mutter sind sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Ein perfekter Urlaub in traumhafter Lage

Wir durften bei der Ankunft bereits die Freundlichkeit dieser Familie erfahren-wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Auto und es wurde sofort der befreundete Mechaniker angerufen. Die Wohnung war super-sauber und Sandra war jederzeit gerne bereit, uns Informationen über den Ort, die Strände oder auch Tipps für kulinarische Errungenschaften zu geben. Die Familie war sehr freundlich und der Garten ist ein Traum, dem die Fotos gerade gerecht werden. Wir haben den Grill jeden Tag benutzt und die Abendstunden genüsslich im Garten verbracht. Die Lage ist nicht mit Worten zu beschreiben. Vielen Dank für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei euch!

Très bon rapport qualité prix Vue magnifique

Accueil chaleureux, appartement RDC conforme à la description, très propre, idéalement situé (60km de Split, 160 km de Dubrovnik ) et une vue extraordinaire du jardin. Lit très confortable. Juste un petit bemol sur la cuisine qui n'est pas ventilé et qui n'a pas de fenêtre. Assez embetant pour cuisiner. Sandra nous a donné des conseils de visites en anglais.Très gentils proprietaires. Endroit très calme. Notre séjour à Markaska reste un excellent souvenir.

Einfach zum wohlfühlen

Großzügig eingerichtete FeWo. Wir waren schon oft in Kroatien, aber das war die beste FeWo von allen. Man merkte dass alles mit Liebe getan wurde, von der Einrichtung bis hin zu der großen Schinken/Käseplatte. Nun die Makarska Rivera finde ich als einer der schönsten Küstenabschnitte Kroatiens. Bis nach Bosnien, Neretvadelta oder Dubrovnik ist es auch nicht weit. Ich kann die FeWo uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Liebe Grüße an Frau Rusendic und Ihre Mutti.

Sehr saubere und ruhige Ferienwohnung.

Diese sehr saubere und ruhige Ferienwohnung würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Küste und Makarska ist einzigartig. In der oberen Wohnung hatten wir einen Balkon für uns. Das Balkongeländer ist mittlerweile durch Grünpflanzen dicht berankt. Trotz großer Hitze war es durch die gute AC möglich nachts gut zu schlafen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In Makarska und Umgebung bieten sich eine ganze Reihe Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. zu den vorgelagerten Inseln, nach Imotski zu den beiden sehenswerten Dolinen, nach Mostar, zu den Wasserfällen Kravica (auch in Bosnien Herzegowina) und zum Cetina Durchbruch in die schöne Kleinstadt Omis.

Super-Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, Erholung pur!!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Die Wohnung war in sehr gepflegtem Zustand, auch der weitläufige, mit viel Liebe gepflegte Garten lädt sehr zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein, der Blick auf Makarska und die Küste ist einfach toll, nicht nur abends! Die Vermieterin gab uns wertvolle Tips zu Ausflügen, Restaurants usw. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen sicher auch selbst nochmals hierher

prima Platz für Urlaub

Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verlebt. Besonders entspannend war der Aufenthalt im Garten am Morgen und am Ende des Tages. Man hat die Möglichkeit die Zeit im quirligen Markaska oder in der ruhigen Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick zu verbringen. Sehr netter Familienkontakt.

Empfehlenswert!

Die Ferienwohnungen liegen am Biokovomassiv mit wundervoller Aussicht auf Makarska und das Meer. Sie sind sehr gut gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. "Bella Vista" ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Expeditionen auf die nahegelegenen Inseln und auf den Biokovo. Wir waren zum zweitenmal dort. Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend kommen, dann mieten wir uns auf jeden Fall wieder dort ein.
