Villa Dado is a stylish and modern holiday villa for 6 guests, which impresses with a heated pool and a breathtaking view of the Adriatic and the impressive Biokovo mountain range.

Located in a quiet area, near the picturesque beaches of Makarska, this villa offers the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday. Generous window fronts flood the house with light, elegant furnishings and spacious terraces ensure the highest living comfort.

Three spacious bedrooms, each with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, guarantee a restful night's sleep. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and has access to a terrace with sea view.

The open living area on the ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances (dishwasher, wine cooler, portafilter espresso machine, fridge-freezer combination), a dining area and a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa and large smart TV. An additional guest toilet is also available.

From the kitchen and living area, you can directly access the large terrace with a grill area, dining table and lounge furniture – ideal for relaxed evenings with a view of the sea.

The 25 sqm heated pool provides refreshment on hot summer days, while comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas create the perfect ambience for relaxation.

The well-maintained and fenced property is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and offers several parking spaces in addition to a garage.

The new holiday villa is located in a quiet residential area, on Veliko Brdo, surrounded by olive groves and plenty of greenery. The sea and beach are about 1 km away. The city centre of Makarska is 1.5 km away.

The property is incredibly peaceful and private, making it the perfect spot to relax. We woke up every morning to a truly magnificent view and relaxing by the pool in the afternoons was simply perfect.The peacfull atmosphere made it easy to rest and disconnect from everyday stress. Ein perfekter Urlaub

Ina und ihre Familie sind unheimlich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Unsere Ankunft wurde perfekt organisiert und wenn wir etwas brauchten wurde es sofort besorgt. Immer wieder wurde gefragt ob alles ok ist oder wir noch etwas vermissen. Als wir zum wandern gingen und es schon dunkel war, es stürmte und regnete hat man mich kontaktiert ob wir Hilfe bräuchten, oder sie uns abholen kommen sollen. Wir haben uns sehr behütet und umsorgt gefühlt. Wir geben eine prozentige Empfehlung. Auch die Entfernung zum nächsten Supermarkt, Konoba oder auch der Strand mit den vielen Lokalen ist gut machbar. Wir haben uns in den wunderbaren Meerblick verliebt. Das Haus ist sehr Stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Tolle drei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem modernen Bad. Ja und der Pool. Groß genug um nicht nur zu planschen sondern sogar zu schwimmen. Und wenn man sich im dunklen mal nicht sicher ist wo das Ferienhaus genau ist kann man sich an dem Türkis leuchtenden Pool orientieren. Kein Haus hatte so ein schönes Licht. Wir waren sehr dankbar hier unseren Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen.
