I was not aware but each of the units at the hotel are individually owned. So some have updated furniture and some dont. Overall i gave it a 4 star due to the room conditions. The view from the hotel is a 5 star. U cannot get any closer to the waves then this hotel. We enjoyed sitting in our balcony and enjoying the view and the souds of the waves hitting the rock. Also due to the direction of the hotel sunset is not in not in direct view . But u can go to the joining property and get an amazing view of the sunset.

The rooms were well laid out. The staff were very helpful. Location was convenient and the views were beautiful. Pool was awesome too
