"Xanadu Makadi Bay has the worst management I have ever experienced. After a 15-hour flight with two children, the reception and manager were completely disrespectful and unprofessional. They demanded an extra $450 even though my reservation was correct and my children’s ages were entered properly. When I asked for help contacting Expedia to confirm the booking, they refused and left me to handle everything on my own. Instead of showing hospitality, they caused stress and humiliation at the very start of our vacation. This hotel’s management clearly does not care about guests, fairness, or basic respect. I would never return and strongly advise others to avoid this property"
