I know it’s on 2 floors but we were on the 2nd floor and our luggage was very heavy to have to carry up a flight of stairs. "Really nice place. Very convenient location to downtown Hill City and many of the Black Hills attractions. The suite is clean, well maintained, and really cute. I’m kind of a coffee snob so having a full sized, drip coffee machine was a bonus. Of course, there’s a great coffee shop right outside the door. Communication with the owner was very easy. We would highly recommend the property and will likely be back."

"We stayed in Hill City to bike the George S Mickelson Trail. Dennis and Tonya's accommodations are perfectly located to facilitate a single lodging locale to complete the entire trail in three to four daily segments. The home is within a quarter mile of the trail and within walking distance to downtown Hill City, including several excellent eating establishments recommended by the host.The location was not the only perfect aspect of our stay! The hosts had homemade blueberry muffins and cookies waiting for us upon our arrival. The accommodations were spotless, up-to-date and extremely comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked and great if you want to eat "at home". Every morning, we cooked breakfast and were kept company by wild turkeys and deer just off our patio.Two critical elements that can make or break our stay are the beds and the shower. Both hit a home run as the firmness of the bed was ideal and the shower had great pressure and a fabulous hot water supply . . . 2 thumbs up!The hosts were top notch . . . very responsive and flexible to our needs. Without any hesitation, we recommend Dennis and Tonya's house to everyone visiting the area."

"This cabin is awesome! Plus the garage is an added benefit! Centrally located. Close to Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park and Crazy Horse Monument! This was the second time we stayed in the cabin. An added plus is you get to hear the 1880 train and can see it go by right from the driveway!"
