"My husband and I were looking for a relaxing trip to celebrate our anniversary and to visit with our daughter, who lives in the area. Well, we found it! What a fantastic property. The house was clean, organized, and well-stocked! They thought of everything. The outdoor seating options, which allowed for enjoying those beautiful sunsets, were excellent - featuring two fire pits, a dining table, and a pavilion by the pond. We hope to stay here again!"

"When we arrived to the lake house after our 12 hour road trip from NC, it was awesome to see the excitement from my family as we arrived while everyone checked out the property.We all were comfortable in the home. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much any dish/utensil you could think of. The views were amazing. We enjoyed waking up to the variety of wildlife while sipping coffee lake side. The kayaks were very much enjoyed by all. My brother, sister and I did the loop around the West River and it was absolutely gorgeous. We also checked out Clark’s Gully at the top of the hill. On some downtime we had fun with the game room. Sat out by the fire a few nights. My husband, 4 sons, brother, sister and I all really enjoyed our stay! There was so much to do just at the house and we weren’t ready to leave. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for providing an amazing place! "

"We had a large group come and stay at this property for a family reunion over the spring break. The house is at the top of a mountain in the finger lakes areas. The views are great on a clear day. We stayed in April and the roads were clear, but if it is winter time it would be hard to summit the hills to get to the house. The road from Canandaigua on the east side of the lake is not bad, but the roads from Naples or Italy could be problematic if icy. The house is large and looks to be built as a Bed and Breakfast for different families to have their own space and some common areas. It was a great place that people could retire to if they needed a moment to get away. Each bedroom has a bathroom and except for one had a shower/bath. We spent a lot of time in the house and made a lot of meals. Although the second kitchen is awkwardly skinny, it was very nice to have access to a second stove/oven when making large meals for our large group. The kitchens were well stocked with almost everything we needed. We never know what will be available but were impressed with that was there. There are enough plates for a banquet hall. Internet was fast and reliable. The hot tub worked well, but the weather didnt cooperate so we didnt enjoy it as much as we would have wanted to. The Game room was a great place to put the kids to play. We didnt have any issues during our stay and the host communicated quickly when we had questions. "
