"This is a fantastic place, my family had a great time. Super clean, really nice open living room/kitchen area, all the rooms are very nice. The porches are amazing, you feel like you’re in a treehouse with a nice view of the lake. Very private. Waterfront is beautiful, clear water, great docks. We brought our little fishing boat and went into Penn Yan through the outlet and down to Hammondsport a couple of times. The driveway: very steep, but manageable. I’m 50 and had no problems, my mother is 75 and it was a struggle but we managed. I drove up to the top to get her and pack/unpack. Not impossible (Subaru). Backing out is doable with patience and back up camera. But yes, very steep - good parking at the road. We had our trailer and two cars, fit just fine. Again, great place!"

"Perfect spot for a couple of nights off-grid. The cabin was clean, the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. It’s super close to the breweries and vineyards on the east side of Keuka. Our dogs loved it. We had a blast and will be back in the fall!"

"The cottage was very clean and well stocked. Inside was exactly as described The steps to the cottage were described as steep but also a bit treacherous I didn’t realize it wasn’t a walkout to the water and we had difficulty getting our old dog out of the water and the same with the kayaks. But a young family would probably have no problems with this. The host Morgan was delightful."
