As a Housekeeper myself the bathroom area was not as clean as I would expect for the price of the room rate. Bed was very comfortable though and staff were very friendly and Convenient location.

Motel was fine , needing to cancel change plans was financially onerous through last minute . Despite having used them over the years to book numerous international holidays this will be the last time . You expect cancellation fees but nah … so review is motel fine , last minute have lost my future business .

Check-in was quick & front desk staff were pleasant, professional & ready for my arrival. Detailed explanation provided for room location, access to parking & security gates ,use of wifi & smart tv. Room was clean with plenty of room. Tea, coffee, biscuits were well stocked. Room was quiet during the night & bed was comfortable. Would recommend Old Maitland Inn

Managers are very lovely helpful people. We have a mind dog and they rang ahead to the restaurant and made it very easy for us. Also came out on our return to see if we had any problems. So kind

Nice and clean property. Friendly staff. Very nice pool in the middle of the property. We asked for a late check out, because kids were really tired. And we got a premession straight away :)

A lovely clean place to stay. Spacious well appointed rooms. The only disappointment was we were hoping to get room service for dinner and breakfast as we’d been travelling and didn’t want to venture out. However we were advised that the kitchen wouldn’t be open until the following week.

Home made desserts were very nice. Unfortunately restaurant was only take away and basic menu. Staff were lovely. No cooked breakfast available but had cereal packs. Secure parking was good. Woolies and shopping centre across the road which was handy. We had a good breakfast in the cafe in the centre. Room was very clean but property in need of repairs.

Hello Helen, thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We're pleased that you enjoyed your stay. Ordinarily the restaurant is open Mon - Thu, however while you were here we had functions booked on those nights, so could only offer room service. As we don't have a chef on staff, we keep the menu simple so that we have the stock on hand to prepare for our guests. Room renovations have been planned, but the last two years of Covid have pushed those plans back a bit. We hope you'll come and see us again next time your travels bring you back to Maitland.

Close to Maitland fot restaurants and cafes and not too far to the Hunter Valley wineries. Room was close to the highway, lots of traffic noise. Misleading description of garden & pool view, view was car park at front door of room..

We have stayed at the Old Maitland inn on several occasions over the last couple of years. Always friendly, clean and tidy, comfortable rooms.Great parking we have either had trailers or large van and secure Walking distance to club and other places great location

Happy with the room except could not get the free wifi as there were no staff in reception to get the password from and the aircon had to be turned off due to a loud rattle ( something in the fan ) it was very noisy impossible to sleep while it was running.

False advertising.
Okay, But we booked it specifically for the advertised on site restaurant as we had been travelling all day. There was no restaurant as advertised plus a huge sign on entry advertising their restaurant. All false advertising. The accomodation needs a major refurbishment to validate the price. The people were nice.

The only criticism is that the pillows were very hard - I ended up stuffing a pillowcase with a blanket! Otherwise, all good.
