"This place was awesome, very big space, and access to a really nice yard in the back. Its an entire bungalow. Very clean. All amenities. They had everything...if you wanted to have a thanksgiving dinner with a family of 8, you wouldnt have to bring anything here, plenty of dishes avaliable, frying pans, everything. Made our trip super easy, bbq in the back. The fridge was supplied with butter, milk, cream. Muffins on the counter. A good location for sightseeing the area, its right in the middle of all the good stuff. The owner is super nice and accommodating. Highly highly recommended "

"This property is so peaceful and quiet. The cottage is 3kms from the main road, through a beautiful mature forest. The road is very well maintained. The cottage sits up on a small hill from the river/ lake, providing breathtaking views of the water. We were pleasantly surprised to have the opportunity to use a paddle boat, so easy to operate, great for all ages! Beds were comfy and had appropriate mattress and pillow covers, and very comfortable cotton bedding. Kitchen had lits of cookware, spices, cuttlery, etc. Nearby community of Caledonia, has a small grocery store and Home Wardware. Owners were very easy to reach and pleasant. We want yo come again! If you want to unplug and rejuvenate, this is your spot."

Beautiful lake views from large deck livingroom and dining room.Kitchen has everything we needed to cook and serve 8 of us.We loved being on the lake in kayaks, canoe, and paddle board. Glad we wore our river shoes.House allows for gathering together as weell as having private time iin lovely spaces."

"This is a beautiful cabin right on the lake, very peaceful and relaxing! It is a good location for day trips to Lunenberg and the coast, and Kejimkujik NP. Well equipped kitchen (be sure to get groceries before arriving as limited stores nearby). Two canoes made for a fun day of paddling around the lake from island to island. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
