The place was beautiful, clean and tasteful!! The hosts were lovely and even made us a cake and marmalade! Everything was updated and modern. We were able to cook, do laundry, and sleep in comfort! Highly recommended! Leslie

Lovely place

The stay was quite pleasant except for one evening. We had told the owners we were staying with family for a night but plans changed. When we got home we had no heat for the evening but it was too late to contact them. It would have been nice to have some control over the heat since one of the parties was older and handicapped. Other than that, the place was very clean - perfect for 2 people.

SPACIOUS, COMFORTABLE, WELCOMING

The apartment is spacious, large even, with a large kitchen-dining area, a large master bedroom plus a second bedroom (bed comfortable), spacious bathroom/shower/toilet, comfortable lounge room with TV, excellent hot water, very well equipped and furnished, many power points. Claude and Brigitte are friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts, despite our weak French and German we communicated ok. The location is extraordinarily pretty; the drive up the valley into the Vosges from Selestat takes you through gorgeous scenery and pretty villages. House number 24-25 has ample parking; it is situated on the hillside. Surroundings are peaceful. Walks would be wonderful. Pity we had only two days; it would be ideal as a base for driving to vineyards and caves, as well as significant villages and towns.

Wir haben eine wirklich tolle Woche im Elsass verbracht. Es gibt viele schöne Städtchen zu erkunden und auch auf den vielen Wanderwegen kann man viel entdecken. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Es war alles super. Die Gegend und die Wohnung sind sehr zu empfehlen!

Eine hervorragend ausgestattete und geräumige Ferienwohnung, sehr ruhig und malerisch gelegen. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wandererungen. Sehr nette Vermieter, die benachbart wohnen. Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete und saubere Unterkunft wie in der Anzeige abgebildet.Claude und Brigitte sind herzliche Gastgeber, die bei Bedarf gerne Auskunft über ihre Region geben. Die ruhige Lage bei gleichzeitig zahlreichen Wander- und Ausflugszielen im Umland hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Wir wurden mit Baby herzlich empfangen und haben Reisebett und Wickeltisch zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und begrüßt. Es gab sogar einen feinen Gugelhupf! Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert! Die Betten waren mega bequem, was nicht selbstverständlich ist! Zum Abschied gab es noch eine kleine süße Osterüberraschung für die Kinder. Es waren tolle Tage und absolut empfehlenswert!
