Upscale Cottage New Gated Community
New house under 1 year built in a gated community, close to Sao Paulo with access by Foxes Tavares and Castelo Branco, three bedrooms with ceiling fan and beds, 02 internal bathrooms and 01 complete external also, fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, coocktop, microwave, large fridge and all appliances such as toaster, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker and etc.
Integrated living room and kitchen with worktop and a 6-seater table for good conversations while using the kitchen, living room with two comfortable retractable reclining sofas and 50 inch TV with all available channels.
The outdoor area, in addition to a complete bathroom with shower for bath, has a bounce house of 4.20 up to 120 kg, hammocks, a pool table, barbecue, pizza oven, wood stove and all utensils such as house, pots, cutlery, gas stove with oven and a brewer with a capacity of 500 liters.
The pool is huge 10x5 with a spa and hydro plus shower for showers
In front of the house there is a little field for playing ball and running.
