Olá! Eu e minha família estivemos nesse sítio e todos nós gostamos muito, fomos recebidos pelo Sr Jair que é muito gentil e educado, nos deu todas as informações necessárias para nos virarmos bem os quatro dias, a casa estava limpa para um sítio, nos guarda-roupas tem cheiro de fomo devido a ser sítio e não atrapalhou o uso, na cozinha tem tudo que se precisa menos tomadas, não conseguimos usar o microondas por falta de tomadas então não sei se estava funcionando. Só tenho um ponto negativo que foi a mesa de sinuca que está no anúncio e não havia nenhuma mesa lá, a casa é grande e confortável então falta mesas de jogos para o melhor divertimento, fica a dica aqui para uma mesa de sinuca, ping pong ou pim bolim . Pretendemos voltarmos no verão para aproveitar a piscina que é maravilhosa, estava muito bem limpa e é enorme mais o frio não ajudou kkk. Obrigada aos proprietários e ao caseiro

Local com grande possibilidade de crescimento para estadias

Pontos favoráveis: Caseiro Josias nós recepcionou de forma cortês, amigável e prestativo, muito boa pessoa. Casa ampla, quartos bem distribuídos e salas espaçosas, com 4 banheiros. Local agradável com proximidade a lagos, cachoeiras e trilhas. Piscina linda e grande e com espaço entorno para confraternizar. Cozinha bem aparelhada, não faltando nenhum utensílio. Pontos que necessitam de observações: Não há wi-fi no local conforme descrição no site. A casa necessita de alguns reparos estruturais e reformas (pintura, calhas telhas, partes do piso e azulejos do banheiros que estão caindo e estufados). Necessário a troca de alguns colchões (velhos e sem condições de uso), troca total das cadeiras de plásticos e algumas em madeira, pois todas quebradas o que possibilita algum acidente com hóspedes e reparo em dois sofás da sala. Reposição dos vidros quebrados na varanda. Como o local fica próximo a uma clínica de recuperação, infelizmente ocorreu um incidente (homens que estavam na clínica mexeram e assuviaram com três hóspedes mulheres que estavam na piscina, fato relatado ao caseiro Josias). Portanto necessário construir algum muro para se ter privacidade no espaço da piscina. Todos que ali estiveram no período carnavalesco gostaram do local e o que a propriedade oferece. Meus agradecimentos ao Sr Luiz proprietário e ao Sr Josias ..

Tudo limpo, O Sr. Luiz sempre acessível e prestativo

Os móveis são bem antigos da fazenda e a mesma precisa de algumas manutenções, mas tudo conforme a foto, a limpeza estava impecável o que já ajuda muito, o caseiro Josias foi bem atencioso e o Sr. Luiz também, a limpeza com a Srª Malvina também deu tudo certo, ela é muito educada e faz uma limpeza perfeita. A estrada que nos preocupou um pouco (para quem tem carro baixo), pois tem estrada de terra e algumas pedras/buracos mas ninguém teve problema. A limpeza da piscina não estava inclusa no valor pago da locação, (não precisamos pagar durante a estadia) mas caso queiram deve ser a parte. Inclusive a piscina é maravilhosa. Todos gostaram bastante da minha família e passamos um réveillon muito bom.

Lugar lindo, limpinho, aconchegante... sem dúvidas vale muito a pena ir. Duas vezes ao ano eu reúno amigos e vamos para a fazenda. Os serviços do Sr. Josias e da Dona Malvina sem dúvidas é um diferencial. A piscina é enorme.

Bom atendimento e hospitalidade

Adoramos a Fazenda!! Fomos num grupo de 12 pessoas... o lugar é lindo, e todos se divertiram muito, a piscina é o ponto forte da sede. Cozinha com todos os utensílios necessários. O Josias e a Malvina muito educados e prestativos. Com certeza indico o lugar.
