"This was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. The listing made the property look like a luxury home, but it was actually a third-floor condo with no elevator. The photos did not accurately represent its condition. There was graffiti on the entrance door, and the stairs were dirty and poorly maintained. The front door lock appeared damaged, which raised concerns about security. Inside, the bookshelves were deteriorating, the flooring was chipped, and the vent was filthy. A broken...

"We had a good 2 night stay, host very communicative. Very clean and quiet. Great location in the gorgeous little back streets away from the crowds but easy walk to all the sites. Not luxurious but has an authentic local feel. Couches and mattress could do with updating but didn’t really matter for such a short stay"

"Terrible, avoid. The host demanded cash-only additional fees in Euros over WhatsApp at the last minute for arrival after 9:30 pm. We explained that our train had already been booked before and we could not change at the last minute. There was no mention of late check in fees in the listing and nor was she willing to take card payment for them. She met us at the apartment to demand cash payment and kicked us out when we were unable to do the payment for the additional fees she made up even...
