"This hotel has the most beautiful views! They offer a wonderful breakfast buffet and there is a bar in the lobby that made us special drinks. The hotel was quiet and clean. The shower was a little on the small side but that's pretty much the only negative thing I can say. It is very close to other restaurants and a few shops. The parking was SO convenient, especially in that location. The staff does a wonderful job."

"We LOVED this hotel! This was our first time in Positano and underestimated the amount of stairs there are to get to the hotel. With that said, the location is amazing! We had a balcony, sea view room, very spacious. The hotel has a “porter service” that will take your bags up/down the stairs (fee per bag; worth every penny if you don’t want to burn your legs carrying your stuff). They have an awesome bar and restaurant attached to the hotel with views of the bay and the city."

"We got a renovated room. Lots of blue paint and blue tile. I honestly think the designer let this place down. The lobby, Lounge restaurant is absolutely beautiful (they nailed that part) The view from our room was the kid of view you see all the tourists stopping to take pictures of, stunning!!! Beach access, dock to lay on, All were amazing parts. The pizza onsite needs some work, that’s an easy way for them to go up a notch. Good location, not sure I would want to be right in the thick of things give crowd noise etc. very easy and nice 7 min walk to town."

"Our stay at Covo dei Saraceni was beyond magical! The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The views from our room were breathtaking! The cleanliness was top notch. I cannot say enough about the welcoming, friendly and kind staff. They all work so hard to make sure you have everything and anything you need. Lisa in guest relations goes above and beyond each and every day. She was constantly checking in with us to make sure all of our needs were met. Rosario was absolutely outstanding and so much fun! He welcomed us daily with his vibrant energy and waited on us hand & foot nonstop! He did an outstanding job training a new employee, Vincenzo and Guiseppe worked so hard everyday to make sure we were well taken care of. Sasha at the front desk was so very helpful and informative with all of our questions and needs. She constantly had a vibrant smile on her face and very eager to help. I cannot express enough how hard the staff works each and every day to make sure you are at your happiest and to make sure you enjoy every minute of your vacation. Thank you all so much for making our trip the most memorable of our lives. We cannot thank you enough ❤️"
