Miralior Apartment offers approximately 110 m² in Mainz-Lerchenberg, with two separate, lockable bedrooms and a large living and dining area. Two guests can enjoy extra living space and their own places to retreat. The well-equipped apartment also accommodates families, small groups of friends and business travellers, with a maximum of six guests.

LIVING & SLEEPING
Each bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm double bed. A sofa in the open living room converts into a 140 × 200 cm bed for up to two more guests. A 90 × 200 cm sleeper chair provides an alternative arrangement within the maximum of six guests in total. These living-room sleeping spaces are not separate bedrooms. Bed linen and towels are included, with additional linen in the large white sliding-door wardrobe in one bedroom.
One bedroom has a high box-spring bed with H2/H3 mattresses; the other has a designer bed with mattresses renewed in 2026. A desk, desk chair and Wi-Fi are available.

KITCHEN & SELF-CATERING
The approximately 16 m² kitchen has an island, oven, microwave and dishwasher, with a generous selection of crockery, cutlery, cookware, utensils and electrical appliances. A Nespresso Original machine and starter capsules are provided for your first coffee. Starter supplies of dishwasher tablets and cleaning products are included. A washing machine and separate tumble dryer are in the apartment; a starter supply of laundry detergent is also included.

BATHROOM & SEPARATE WC
The approximately 10 m² bathroom has a bathtub, separate shower, double washbasin and an additional infrared heater. There is also a separate WC. Hand and bath towels and toiletries are included.

TERRACE, LOCATION & PARKING
The private 21 m² terrace has seating, a parasol and a garden view. The garden itself is not part of the regular guest area. Miralior is in Mainz-Lerchenberg, outside the city centre, with shops and public transport in the district. Parking is on public streets nearby; there is no private or reserved space.

WITH CHILDREN
A children’s corner with games and books offers things to do. Two travel cots with standard mattresses are available on request free of charge. Please bring suitable cot bedding.

ARRIVAL & GOOD TO KNOW
There are two steps before the entrance, then two flights of stairs with an intermediate landing to the first-floor apartment. There is no lift or step-free access. Self check-in is available from 4 pm, including at night; check-out is by 10 am. Earlier arrival or later departure is by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Pets are not permitted.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. You may smoke on the terrace, where ashtrays are provided. Please keep cigarette smoke from entering through open windows or the terrace door.
