"I really enjoyed my stay at Comfort Suites Gastonia. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. What stood out the most was the staff they were so friendly and greeted me every time they saw me, which made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was also good with nice options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The room we had booked was no longer available and we had to be reassigned to one that did not accommodate our party comfortably. The room smelled horrible upon our arrival. There were stains all over the couch my child had to sleep on. I found mold in the bathroom the next day. "

"Filthy hotel. TV remote didn’t work. The refrigerator and microwave had a bad power strip therefore no electricity to the items. Maintenance leaves before check-in. Luckily got a new power strip. Beer bottles in stairway and throughout the parking lot. No locks on outside doors. Not a place to feel safe."
