"We did like the hotel. Th kids pool was warm enough to use, it was j or, and not tub was nice. I would give it 4’oit of 5. However , th kids pool was very dirty. The top layer of tile ALL AROUND the entire kids pool was caked/encrusted with black scum. It was really concerning, although the water itself seemed OK. Breakfast ended really early. Who wakes up on vacation at 8-8:30 to get breakfast? Should be open til 10 AM- at least 9:30. Ceiling tiles in my room were stained which is a turn off. But rest of room seemed clean and nice. Staff weren’t very friendly. Totally unapologetic about the breakfast being closed. Vending machines ate my money twice and just a got a lame excuse of ‘we don’t manage those’. If you can support them, then don’t have them. There is a reasonable expectation that if you put money in the vending it will give you the product and the hotel will handle it. Low rent… That said, My son loved the pool and it was convenient to mall of America But I wouldn’t go back unless I could confirm the pool was cleanes properly. 5 start tip. When you walk in with an 11 year old you could also ask if they want poolside room and offer it. Those rooms were available at least a few. Not required but that is what a 5 star would do for customer service"

"We had a wonderful 3 night stay . The staff, especially Elizabeth at the front, was exceptionally wonderful. The parking was convenient across the street . The hotel has a great location in the city . Easily accessible to everything . Please note none of the rooms have microwaves . Highly recommend this hotel."

"Very nice place, great deal for downtown. The staff wete super friendly and helpful. Very comfortable rooms, and very classy overall. The only downside was parking and trying to get parking validated. The instructions should be clear on how to pull up and drop your bags off, especially if youre planning on going out again. A great deal overall, and would highly recommend. Just get your parking figured out"

"This hotel is very nice! The easy access to the highway made everything quick and easy when driving in the city. Hotel room was clean and nice with a comfy bed. Hotel had a nice deep pool and a spa as well. Would highly recommend for anyone that doesn’t want to deal with center of Minneapolis traffic and driving!"
