"I have purchase the room every time I go to miami to see my daughter and its as clean as everytime I go. Customer service is great they are there for you for what ever you might need. The best part the turnpike is right there and espically STARBUCKS!!!"

"Check in was easy and quick. Parking is easy and plenty for everyone. My only issue that keeps this from 5 stars is that both days my wife and i was there, we were not able to get breakfast. There was a lot of people in the dining room and there was not enough food or seating. Everything was empty and the apple juice was very weak. Nothing was being brought out to keep up for everyone. Both days were the same. So we had to settle paying for breakfast elsewhere which was very disappointing! "

"Property is gorgeous- the chairs fon sunset, the hammocks, the umbrellas. But... Pool has no towels. Zero Towels in the room not enough for two people. Towels are so old the have actual holes in it. No pressure in the shower- either cold water or a few drops of warm. And AC!!! First morning( Saturday) I really thought it was a construction is going on at 7am !!! But then I realized it's AC!!! I had no choice but turned it off!!! AC off in Florida in July it's unacceptable!!! And for God's sake fix the lock in the women bathroom at the pool"
