Very costly property giving no basic amenities. Very cleanliness, rooms with lizards and mosquitoes, towels and bed sheets smelling humidity of months! Although, very nice view and okay kind of staff.

We are very surprised by the comments of the recent Anonymous Guest to our property. We must point out that though we have had above average rainfall in the last 2 weeks or so, our towels and bed-sheets are changed every alternate day in order to keep them fresh. Even then we will replace if guests need extra.
With regards to lizards, we must point out that our bungalows are individually placed in a garden of greenery and it can happen that a lizard or geyco may come through an open window or door for a curious visit.
As for the hotel being costly, we can assure you that though we are aware that most visitors perceive that hotel accommodation in Seychelles being higher than expected, this is simply a reflection of the cost in a country like ours.
In spite of this, we will take the client's review on board and try our hardest to please future guests to our small hotel.

No working hot water in a shower, after 12 hour travel to get here is a big problem. We were brought to the room and the staff member left. There was no one to notify about the problem until the following morning. There was no working wifi either, which was an advertised amenity that prompted me to book at this location.
We aren't expecting a lot, but running hot water is a basic expectation for a hotel. Certainly not the value one would expect for $350.00 per night!
the hotel is very nice, clean and confortable, tehre is a fantastic view as well.
the food is good, the swimming pool is OK as well.
it is perfect for non-smokers as you cannot smoke arround the pool or in the lobby or at the restaurant....
these are at least two restaurants in the neighbourhood bit overall ther are not many and you need a car.
the beaches on this side of the island are probably nicer than on the eastern side

Helpful Staff
We only stayed one night in Le Jardin des Palmes to see Mahe island. Staff were very helpful in all senses. They found a driver (Yves and his son Steven) to take us around, and informed us about nearby. Our flight back to Dubai was around midnight, they allowed for the late check-out, and let us stay in the room late till 9:00 pm.
No reúne expectativas.
Great view of the bay, quiet and comfortable rooms
A beautiful hotel high up on a hill overlooking the bay. Each 'room' is a separate wooden building with private terrace. The view is simply breathtaking. Since each room is high above the ground (steep hill) there are no insects, etc and there is always a fresh breeze. Food is surprisingly good (i recommend the tuna in garlic sauce) and reasonably priced. Hotel has an ownpool but no direct beach access (you have to walk down the hill and accross the road, maybe 200m in total)
