Everything you need and more will be taken care of! From transportation from the airport to excursions and activities included. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful, they made my first trip to the Philippines and El Nido the best experience possible I'll definitely be making my way back here to stay longer.

The staff at Happiness were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The room and wider resort were always cleaned to the highest degree. The only constructive feedback I have is that the music was a little loud in the evenings but, that said, it always finished at a reasonable time i.e around 10pm. Overall it was an amazing stay and I would definitely recommend the resort to friends and family!

We had a couple of minor issues here, no wakeup call, which we'd booked for an early start tour and a lack of communication from hotel about the tour cancellation. They should have advised tour cancelled when we came down to breakfast and at a minimum, put a notice advising guests in reception, lifts, ...
