"Very well situated and accessible to shops and restaurants by foot. There is also a free outdoor parking. Handicap access with ramp and elevator. Front desk however was not always attended by a clerk/employee."

"Cet établissement est tout juste acceptable. La chambre ne peut servir qu'à dormir. Rien de confortable pour s'assoir, juste deux petiteschaises pliantes. Aucun service sur place il faut se déplacer à l'Auberge du grand lac pour avoir du service. Aucun ascenseur, les lampes sont alimentées par des rallonges et les prises de courants ne sont pas facielemnt acessibles. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement."

"We feel very lucky to have stayed at La Maison de Ville and getting to meet Simon. Besides providing us with a delicious and artistic breakfast every morning he had some great suggestions of what to do in and around Magog. The property was very well maintained and beautifully decorated. The location in Magog was perfect, just a block away from the main street close to restaurants and shops."
