"A very quaint, quiet neighbourhood with friendly and helpful neighbours. You have a little time nearby to unload and load but the parking lot is not far - and was free overnight. The house is lovely - spacious and we appreciated having coffee for us :) The host was accessible and easy to communicate with. Please note it does have a lot of stairs to access - not an issue for us, but in case of mobility issues."

"What an incredible find! Simon was an exceptional host in English and French and runs a delightful B&B. The rooms were fun and exceptionally clean and completely equipped with all kinds of helpful touches from a spare toothbrush to a small jar of Q tips. The A/C kept our room exceptionally cool even for a humid July night. There was plenty of parking in the back, even an EV charger, and it's an easy drive from the spa we had been excited to visit as well as a number of hikes. Check in was easy, even though he had run out on an errand when we arrived. Simon is also a phenomenal chef! We were expecting a typical B&B breakfast of toast, bacon and eggs but were shocked to get a two course gourmet breakfast (one sweet course, one savory) with exceptional presentation! The first day we got braised pineapple with mango yogurt and toasted coconut followed by a poached egg with mushroom and spinach over a croissant. The next day we got crepes with pear, apple, black sesame, and cacao tahini followed by a second crepe with pesto and caramelized onion, pepper, and brie. If you can find another pair of guests who are interested, Simon can also provide you a phenomenal four course dinner right downstairs. You just need to have a party of four and let him know ahead of time, but "ahead of time" is pretty flexible because we didn't even ask until 4:30. He cooks, serves, cleans, and does it all himself! It's truly exceptional and very impressive! Overall, I cannot recommend highly enough!"
