"There are a couple of areas where this property falls short. Firstly it advertises parking but there is no parking, you are taking your chances on a very busy downtown street. You get charged another 10 euro a day if you dare to use the air conditioning and it must be in cash. Half a small pottle of yogurt each for breakfast is a touch inadequate. However the rooms are clean, tiny but clean. "

The breakfast was delicious and prepared from homegrown products. The owner and operator of the property is sweet and extremely responsive! "Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved."

"The hotel was quite a disappointment. We were there as a couple and had booked all-inclusive. However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for. Included in the all inclusive package was the food, which was more or less the same every day and only water and wine from a tap to drink. We drank from plastic glasses. Every other drink, such as cola, had to be paid for separately with a card at 3.50 per can. I have never experienced...

"If only all places were like this. The couple that run this place go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Set in the old town, the room is as authentic as it gets yet still very comfortable. Th location is impossible to beat, every thing is within a short walk. The breakfast was simply amazing. Fresh local produced delivered at a time to suit. The variety and portions were incredible - no need for lunch! Parking is a 10 min walk away and no worries about finding the place as they met us...

"The staff at Masseria Le Lamie are fantastic. They genuinely want you to have a great holiday and they will go above and beyond to ensure that you have a wonderful time. The pool and lounge area is very relaxing and has olive trees to provide natural shade. The rooms are spotless and the bed is really comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant is also a lovely experience. You do need a car because Masseria Le Lamie is not within walking distance to the nearest town."
