For shared use: property 7 ha. Pergola, terrace, garden furniture. Private: garden 500 m2 with lawn. Heating available only from 20.Oct. - 03.May.. Parking on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 20 km, shopping centre 32 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, sandy beach "Spiaggia dellOsa" 20 km, thermal baths "Saturnia" 50 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m.
