Amazing Long Range Views in central Maggie Valley.
Every weekend on this porch brings its own miracles from wildlife and drifting mountain mists to gorgeous sunrises and sunsets over long range mountain views. One morning I got to say hi to the visiting elk.
Enjoy the amazing view from the new 6 person hot tub. Sit back an see the stars that you miss if you live in the city!
The living room and master bedroom also have fantastic views. This newly updated, beautifully decorated home is a short walk to the fairgrounds and all activities of Maggie while still above it all in this peaceful location. Bring your well behaved pup and enjoy the beautiful two bedroom, two bath cottage.
Please be sure to add your pups to the reservation if you are bringing them! You would add them by selecting the number of people plus pets. The fee is a one time charge of $75. The maximum number of dogs is 2. Maximum weight is 50lbs.
I have a doorbell camera for security. It will not have access to any private areas.

Host was great! She was responsive and followed up with us as needed. House was nice however a little dated. Location is ideal right in heart of Maggie Valley.
Came for the Hillbilly Jam. The house was great! We could hear and see the festival when we weren't there. Plenty of views and daily visits from a chubby groundhog!
Property is very close to everything we enjoy in Maggie Valley, House is very nice and clean, The garage was a big plus for our motorcycle, Really enjoyed and had a great time, We would definitely stay here again!
I stayed here for a personal writer's retreat. Nice and peaceful with a beautiful view. Owner shows she cares by how well things are setup for visitors. Thank you.
Everything was very neat and clean when we arrived. Great view from large living room window. Front porch swing was a great asset during the "take it all in moments" in the early morning hours. Even had an elk stop by.
Our cabin was not only clean--it was spotless. It has a large master BR and attached bath and a smaller second BR and a bath down the hall. The host was very responsive to my questions. It was a pleasure to stay in her cabin.
We looked for a house where we could have coffee/tea with a mountain view. The photos for this house on the website were spot on, and reality did not disappoint! Actually no camera can capture the expanse that the eye can see, so the view was even better than the photos. The house itself was clean and quite comfortable, with ample towels and linens - and 3 separate bathroom sinks for us 3 ladies! Kelly was very responsive to the few questions we had. We would definitely recommend this particular house to others, and would go there again if time allows.
Very pleasant! Quiet neighborhood, hot tub, enjoyed Parkway, "Country Vittles" pancakes. Kelly was a great host and available by phone or email at any time.
Comfortable, clean home that offers spectacular views of Maggie Valley and the surrounding mountains. So much nicer to stay here than at any area hotel. Large garage to store car, motorcycle, or trailer in. Dog friendly home which is greatly appreciated!! Host is very easy to communicate with and made whole rental process easy. Recommend this property!
Quick long weekend getaway to visit the museum before it closed for the winter. The house was perfect location, perfect size for us. It was clean and inviting. Loved the fireplace, front porch and view. We were able to check in early. Thanks to Kelly for the great communication from the start.
Great views, central location to Downtown Maggie Valley. Great Getaway
Beautiful views, nice house, centrally located, but very loud from the Bike /truck/car rally this weekend. I was hoping it would be more quiet and Serene like the surroundings. But absolutely nothing wrong with the house would try to come back on a different weekend. But still enjoyable thank you for a wonderful day
Came to the mountains to enjoy some quality time with the hubby and enjoy a little snow! This cabin was perfect!! It’s in the valley so we didn’t have to navigate higher altitudes while the roads were nasty!! The host was available at ALL times for whatever we needed!! She always replied promptly and had all the answers!! The fireplace was a definitely a plusss bc as was the bottom which we used every day!! Home was well stocked and beds were comfortable!! Check in and out was a breeze!! We will definitely be staying here again!! Maggie Valley is our favorite!! Thank for all your hospitality!!The Butlers
The place was very clean. Refrigerator was old and very loud and didn’t have any ice maker ( should probably be replaced). The toilets are the short standard type( if it was my place I would replace them). The hot tub has seen better days and needs to be replaced. The deck has a wonderful view and the swing and chairs are great but the deck needs to be power washed. Overall it is a nice place with a wonderful view and close to everything
Very clean, kitchen was well stocked, appliances were old but worked very well with the exception of the microwave oven which quite working on the last day. The furniture in the living and dining area was high quality and in very good condition. The bedroom furniture was good quality and very comfortable but the bed made a lot of noise when getting into it or when turning over. The shower was excellent in both bathrooms. The view from the front porch was great and we saw the Maggie Valley mountain goat ever day. I would recommend a small table between the rocking chairs on the porch to set coffee cups or wine when using the chairs. I will definitely consider this unit the next time we plan a trip to Maggie Valley
