"Very unique and beautiful hotel, would definitely recommend."

"Nice rooms, Location and parking onsite were great! The breakfast buffet -- if you wait until you arrive to pay for the buffet at check in the cost will be a little lower. the cost for meals otherwise seemed a bit steep, especially the roof top bar/ restaurant. So we did not do those. Staff were good. Plenty of dining options nearby. We were probably the only gringos in all of Orizaba! LOL But we loved the town & will return on our travels again :) "

"The television did not come on, even after I replaced the remote batteries. Every flat surface had cigarette burns on it. Furniture had multiple rips and holes. It's a by the hour flop house on the wrong side of town and doesn't belong in your portfolio."
