"The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. Communication with staff was extremely difficult. Still...

There is a Michelin starred restaurant across the street that has amazing food. The restaurant at the hotel is good. Lots of other nice restaurants around the corner. Its a little oasis in the city. "This was an absolutely amazing find. Tucked away in a very quiet part of Chiang Mai, this very private and intimate hotel did everything possible to make sure we had a great time.
The café that was attached to the hotel that provided room service was incredible, well priced, and provided many flavors to choose from.
Bottled water was complementary.
Staff was super kind and helpful with anything we needed.
Their breakfast menu and what you got for ฿250 was enough to take you through the entire first part of the day without eating again.
The pool area was beautiful, and the junior suite was very spacious!
