"The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. "This hotel was beyond our expectations. From the welcome every time we stepped into the property to the moment we left, the staff was very hospitable and friendly.
The room was spotless and had all the amenities. The terrace room has a private hot tub that is on the entire day and cleaned periodically. The renovation is very luxurious for the room.
We found it convenient to get a rideshare into the old city and nimman area where we spent most of our visit. The surrounding area is also very walkable with lot if spas, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants."
