What can you expect when you pay very little. The hardest bed I have ever slept on but I slept. Ok if you are not planning more than one night. Easy 15 min walk into town centre

First impressions were great. Hotel is very modern with poured concrete floors and minimalist design. Pool area looks very nice, WiFi is good, bed is comfy and there is hot water. However, shower is really badly designed. For a massive room, the cubicle is tiny and the door doesn’t close so water gets into the room. The pool is unheated, which is probably why I didn’t see anyone use it in two days. And why I didn’t use it. The location is also not great, being an unpleasant 15 minute walk to town. Beware that you need to pay 500 baht in cash as a deposit on arrival. When you check out someone checks your room before giving this back. All in all, not what I expected for the price.

Dad headquarters was the absolute worst. I accidentally pushed the wrong button when I reserved it and it was a few days off from when I was actually going to be there. Still plenty of time to just let me swap days to the current day I was staying, but they refused to let me switch or refund me. I ended up staying because I was already there, so I paid them twice to stay for one night and they’re just greedy

Modernistic design place with small and shallow swimming pool and fairly comfortable rooms. Location is a bit inconvenient: the hotel is a km or a little more to center of town, most other hotels and guesthouses, and the lake. No English speaking channels on the cable TV. A kettle and instant coffee are offered in the room. There is not a real bathroom, only small separate stalls for toilet, and shower, with sink a part of main room. No chairs out on the beautiful balconies of pool facing rooms. A small refrigerator is a nice feature provided in room. Male manager speaks good English, and was very helpful

The location was a bit far from shopping and dining and the night market. The front desk advised that we take a tok-tok as the area near the hotel wasn't safe for tourists to walk (huh??).

Rooms are nice. But that’s where it ends. It’s not a ‘resort’ not a single service provided. No restaurant in hotel therefore no breakfast, lunch, no coffee available no kettle in room. Staff seemed abrupt and unwelcoming, particularly the male manager on front desk. Toilet and shower are inside the room behind glass panels, not great for privacy. Wouldn’t bother paying the price. I won’t be using B2 ‘resorts’ again.

The hotel is a bit dated and needs a bit of TLC. The walls and ceilings are thin, so you hear the guests near you and they will hear you. All rooms have nice balconies but no outside furniture. There is one wooden chair in the room. Why ? Shame because it would be nice to sit outside....OK stay. Good price...

Premier Suite - Plumbing in the shower is inadequate as shower well floods with sewage odours after the water slowly drains . Reception have a script through translation that the drain pipe size is being up graded . This is a fabrication of reality as the pipe work is embedded in the concrete floor . Additionally the water was luke warm and a hot bath would be impossible due to flow rate and water temperature . Breakfast is not available even with a surcharge as advertised . Poor building finish including overgrown plants / weeds and driveway disintegration . This property can hardly be classified as a “ resort “ .

Nice hotel
Nice modern hotel for Thailand. A little walk to town, but maybe 2 minutes at a fast clip. We enjoyed being on the outskirts of the town center, we are walkers. It was nice and quiet.

Impolite, bad mannered, terrible,and unhelpful.
The room we were allocated was dark with no view at all just a blank white wall not even a plant, we asked to be moved to a another room form the telephone in our room, the receptionist slammed the phone down on me, thinking the line had been cut, I waited for a call back from the reception staff with no response, I went the reception told the staff that it was offensive to slam the phone down on the guest, it was impolite, bad mannered, terrible, unhelpful, and rude, I had to demand an apology via the "ceo" (manager) for his behaviour towards my wife and I. and were told there were no other rooms available, by the manager but were offered an upgrade at an extra cost for a room that was exactly the same in size, furnishings etc but with a much smaller bathroom, We decided to stay where we were as we had already unpacked, and it was only for the one night. The water in the swimming pool was dark and dirty. The hotel although new, many parts are unfinished. The attitude from the staff spoiled what should have been a pleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel until it puts his house in order i.e staff and general finishing.

Nice, newer hotel
The hotel had been open three months before my stay. It's a modern hotel, and I believe it is a unique property in MHS. The pool is quite nice, but this is a budget hotel, so there's no restaurant, business center or other such services. I stayed in the "Presidential Suite" which was nice but could have used a table and chairs. The large deck could also use some furniture. My biggest issue was with the sewer smell in the bathroom. It was sometimes quite overwhelming. This being a new building, the plumbing should really meet modern standards. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Very clean room. Nice plunge pool. No food. Hotel located on outskirts of town so you need your own transport to get to restaurants in the center of Mae Hong Son. Great hotel for an overnight stop with no frills

- Bathroom is too small - Staff is not checking room before customer check in when we check out staff inform us to pay for Bathrobes that he not found 1 pc we request him to internal check info But he give us only telephone number of maid service we have to use our mobile to to contact directly to maid by ourselve When maid confirmed to staff about our room have only 1 bathrobes, so we are not pay for this. - Deposit : have no change to costumer 3 room @300 = 900 THB staff give us 1000 THB and request us for a change 100 THB

ちょっと古めだけど、管理はちゃんとされているようでした。部屋にセーフティボックスとティッシュペーパーが無いのには困りました。レセプション以外のスタッフは挨拶をするという概念が無いようです。 中心部から離れているので、交通手段を確保すると良いかもしれません。 メーホンソンはホテルの選択肢が少ないので、こちらに宿泊しましたが、他の街なら泊まらないかも？

The staff is very rude and unhelpful... The hotel is so so so remote... Too far from everything, nothing interesting nearby, no tourists place, no restaurant inside or outside, no public transportation. The bathroom was clogged on the first day, dirt came out, and the room needed to be changed！ The bathroom is kind of stupid, no racks or hooks to hang or put towels in, towels and clothes have to be placed on a chair outside the bathroom when taking a shower. Shower not the hottest I’ve had. Only allowed to get one key card per room, we had 2 people, so that made it more difficult for us to go outside separately. The hotel doesn't provide a simple map, just ask yourself to use Google Maps.
