"This older home and its cultural interior connected with my roots in Kingfield when I worked as a forester for Dead River Timberlands in the mid-late 1960's. The wall art plus books on the Grateful Dead, you rock!
I stayed here as my overnight for doing some off-trail photographic exploration in the Boundary Mountains the next day. i'll stay here again. Thanks "

Potters Place Retreat/Event Venue - Log home, large spacious barn, and bunkhouse on Rangeley Lake
10/10 Excellent
"We rent this property for family reunion, it’s sleeps 50 but a lot of that is bunk rooms, which is great for all the kids and younger generations. Some the rooms are basically private suites, one has king bed, computer table, A/C, private balcony, loft with 4 beds and bunk all in same room. An entire family of 7-8 can sleep in one room with their own bathroom which is awesome. We also rented some other properties nearby that had more private rooms for older generations to have a private room. The barn was perfect for family events lots of chairs tables available to set up, the docks are great top quality marina grade floating docks, perfect water, crystal clear on Rangeley. Will definitely rent again "
"I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the cabin was! I read the positive reviews and felt comfortable staying there but didn’t realize how spacious and homey the cabin would feel! The beds were super comfortable, having a washer and dryer in the cabin was a pleasant surprise, and the quietness of the entire resort area was fantastic. Super spread out. Renting canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards was really easy. The cabin got a little warm during the day but the three box fans were a big help."
