Great Location

This was a great location to explore Madrid. We slept well. Make sure to read keyless entry instructions as there is no one in person to great you. The first room was not ready but when I messaged they quickly switched us to a clean room. Easy access to train and airport.

Quaint Historical Flat

We loved the flat, location and decor. We just had a few challenges, like no blankets (just sheets) in the bed and the AC was 75 degrees and is automatically control from owners, when we called for blankets and warming the room they told us that they have to disconnect the AC and will send us blankets the next day...which we never got and the AC never got reconnected during our stay. We also got locked out of of our room one day, tech support came 30 min later. For us this electronic way to get-in in our room was unique because you need wify and when you travel from far away our phones didn't have wify outside of the place...so sadly our stay was uncomfortable in a beautiful space (too warm due to no AC during our stay). Desk team was friendly but not in the same pace with support team, they told us blankets were delivered but they never did.

I arrived at the airport (19:30) and I call to the number in the reservation and I explained that I received the link with a missing parts (broken link *I have a screen shot of this! in case they need it) to open or enter to the building and also to the room so they told me that they will send another one so I believe it and I was in a dinner with a customer so I arrived at 23hrs 30 to the building so in my email wasn't any email so I call one more time and they request me the same information that I gave in the first call (I call from the same mobile) and they told me that they will send to someone in 20 minutes and at the end I was 30 minutes in the middle of the street at midnight so finally someone arrived and solve the issue but remotely (not with the link to open the doors) at the end they told me that the next day I will receive one new link which wasn't true so I called again and I confirm all the information and they send the link but just for the door in the appartment but not for the room so I called again and they explained me that they forgotten to send the complete link for the room's doors so at the end they send the correct link (12hrs before to leave the appartment) Completely nightmare to validate the information, receiving incomplete information and untrue service because they assure to send the links the next day (which wasn't true). For sure with my contacts I will aware about place (not to go) also the internet was very bad.

Escapada para ver musical

Los servicios son de 10, la decoración de la entrada de la cada es exquisita y la habitación tiene todos los detalles para pasar una estancia agradable. La limpieza muy bien. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue con la entrada ya que al ser con llave digital nos costó un poco entrar. Aún así mi valoración es de 10 y sin duda lo recomiendo, está en un sitio dónde hay mucho comercio y cerca del centro. Volveremos!! costó un poco entrar

El buen gusto en la decoración del hall, y en las habitaciones. El ruido del día siguiente, a las 08.00 estaban los obreros con las máquinas a todo tren, y apenas pudimos descansar a partir de esa hora.

Prima appartement dicht bij centrum

Appartement was prima. Om binnen te komen was ietwat omslachtig via een app maar lukte wel. Centrum op loopafstand dus perfect.
