Apartment that is centrally located and good size. Clean and tidy with good facilities and equipment. Three bedroom apartment had three bathrooms so ideal for families or groups. View was disappointing in our room due to being in roof so mainly had skylights, but it didn’t spoil our stay and did make it feel more private. The building and room felt secure and the neighbourhood was lovely and quiet. Only one issue was shower water was cold in the evening, so we resorted to morning showers. Good communication from management regarding remote check in All in all very pleasant stay here

Horrible experience, never again.
Horrible. A/c made loud noise and kept us up. Management could not fix it. Place had no windows just skylight type. Place smelled of cigarettes. Old place with lots of cracks. No representive was ever at the main floor desk. I checked all hours of the day. We left early it was so bad.

Location was good, cleanliness and amenities were good too. Spacious. Didn’t like that we ran out of hot water every morning, so my family had to shower with cold water and the weather was cold, and also the apartament needs painting, because it is not as it appears in the photos in relation to its walls specifically.

Overall a good stay!
The location is great, about 1 mile to all attractions, including Old Madrid, so you can walk everywhere. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and little shops for picking up groceries and breakfast items. The apartment was quite clean, beds comfortable. Some small negatives for me: 1) Despite the non-smoking policy, other guests were smoking in their apartments, which resulted in smoke circulating through the building. At times, it smelled of smoke in our kitchen, hallway and bathrooms. I reported this to the building management and it was dealt with promptly. 2) The flooring showed some wear and tear from prior guests I presume. Quite a minor issue, but noticeable to a neat freak such as myself. 3) Four of us could not all take showers in the morning. The water tank ran out of hot water on the third shower. The apartment had two bathrooms, but neither had hot water after the third shower. When I addressed this with the management, I was told to just wait 20-30 mins till the tank fills up with hot water again. I think limitations such as these should be communicated with guests in advance. We are renting a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms in order to accommodate four people, so it is our expectation that we would all be able to shower in the morning. Positives: 1) Great location, close to everything. 2) Organization: everything is communicated in advance, touchless remote check-in. 3) The management communicated via text message and responded right away.
