Cuando llegue al lugar donde decía que estaba ubicado, me encontré con un anuncio en la puerta del edificio que decía "El Hotel ya no está aquí, ahora vive una familia" pregunte a los locales alrededor y dijeron que lleva más o menos año y medio inactivo. Técnicamente, una trampa para turistas.

el peor lugar que se puede reservar. me dejaron tirado a las 12am y ni con la policia me permitieron hacer el check in. llegue desde las 9 de la noche y nadie abria, no contestaron el telefono y los vecinos dicen que es un hostal ilegal, que ya tiene denuncias. EL ENCARGADO UN GROSERO QUE NUNCA DIO LA CARA. Tuve que caminar de noche para buscar otro sitio donde dormir.

No puedo opinar porque no llegué a quedarme allí, por eso les pongo lo que tenían de nota media. Cuando llegué, me indicaron que había habido un problema con mi reserva, que no tenía cama, entonces por ahí, muy mal, pero inmediatamente me buscaron cama en otro establecimiento. Esa parte muy bien.

The instructions for checking in were very unclear (non existent), the entire hostel is in someone’s rather messy apartment, and all this would have been fine if the price wasn’t above 110 euros per person per night per bunk. terrible value for the price.

A comfy place

The hostel is very well situated next to a subway station direct to the Airport. There is only 4 beds per room and the place has a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine free for use! No caution and also free lockers, it is the best quality/price hostel I have been in Madrid. Also the staff is very nice, I definitely recommend.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Avoid this hotel like the plague. Made a booking for 8 people, however, when we arrived they had "double booked" 7 of the beds. The place was very dark, smelt awful and looked like a crack den. We had paid 180 euros for 8 people per night so knew it was going to be basic. The hotel said it was actually 180 euros per person per night!!!!. In hindsight I wouldn't even pay 1.80 euros to stay there. It was clear that the Hotel Manager was trying to scam us. How hotels like this can get on Hotels.com is beyond me. Just wish I had taken some photos but we were just glad to get out in one piece

The closeness with the airport is the best. Cleaning bad. Everything untidy. I've been in many different hostels much better that this one, for the same price. Be awared that check-in time finishes at 18:00. As hostel staff told me. In Expedia is not that information.
