This was a fantastic stay - the parking close by was so helpful and the staff went above and beyond. Small touches like the cot in the room beautifully made up with amenity kit for kids was lovely. The location is phenomenal. We wanted to try and stay a second night but they were booked out ! Will be our go to hotel in Madrid for the foreseeable future ! Hotel is located right at front of the plaza el sol which is the main plaza in Madrid. You can request a room with a view to the plaza but be aware that comes with noice from the outside. Those rooms have a balcony from which you can appreciate the busy activity in the plaza and a beautiful view to the presidencial house. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants and many activities in the area.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. We had a view looking over Plaza del Sol which provided great entertainment. The staff in the hotel were top notch. Food in the restaurant was good though the breakfast was average. Would definitely stay again.
