Basic amenities but room clean, bed comfortable. AC didnt work well. Reception staff helpful. Absolutely fine for a short stay.

First impression from outside is not great, but as soon as you walk in from the door at the second floor, every changes, inside all looks very new and spotless clean. The room size is perfect for one on one night trip. Extremely clean, and for my surprise also very quiet! Great shower pressure. I also liked the free toothbrush ( I have forgotten mine !). I genuinely do recommend the place on a short staying trip!

Nos hemos alojado una noche para un concierto y muy bien. Hay recepción 24h y la habitación está muy bien, limpia y cómoda. Y lo más importante de todo es que está al lado de una parada de metro así que volver de noche se hace fácil.

Hôtel très bien placé dans le centre de Madrid, proche de la plaza mayor. Il faut contacter l'hotel avant d'arriver pour le parking... Un peu bruyant par contre vu son positionnement dans le centre.

Très très bien !! C'est vrai que si vous cherchez à n'entendre aucun bruit depuis votre chambre ce n'est pas le bon endroit. 6 nuit sympa dans cet Hostal, proche du centre, à deux pas du métro ! Personnel très agréable et convenant !

La posizione dell'hostal é centralissima,.si raggiunge tutto comodamente a piedi. All'inizio ci avevano assegnato una camera con affaccio su strada al secondo piano, ma a causa dei rumori (cui non siamo abituati) abbiamo chiesto un cambio e ci hanno accontentato. Camera piccolina, essenziale ma comunque confortevole.

Good, clean rooms in an older building. Helpful and polite staff and a great location for seeing sights in Madrid. No safe and facilities are a little basic but great value for money.

Atendimento dos funcionarios foi adorável, a localização é perfeita, quarto é pequeno mas bem aproveitado, limpeza muito boa. Apenas o chuveiro tem poquissima pressão de agua.

La atención del recepcionista muy bien y amable. Pero el personal de limpieza FATAL.. hacen muchísimo ruido al limpiar y habrán entre ellas muy alto.. Y eso a la 9 de la mañana..

No repetiría.

Se oía todo, las paredes eran auténtico papel. Dan la opción unos días antes de hacer el check in online, lo hago, y llego y me dicen que no está hecho, es decir, pierdo mi tiempo. Después de insistir varias veces, resulta que sí estaba hecho. Es decir, lo hago en casa para ahorrar tiempo en la llegada, y perdí el mismo tiempo. En la habitación, el aparato para poner el aire caliente hacía un ruido insoportable, y teniendo en cuenta las paredes, tenían que oirlo en todo el edificio. En definitiva, a veces lo barato sale caro.

Hôtel très simple dans le cœur de Madrid. Sans chichis les chambres sont petites mais propres, bien que vieillissantes. Personnel peu aimable. Pour une nuit de passage.
