Front desk staff was very helpful, friendly and kind. I didn’t speak Spanish. They were very patient with me and the questions I had.

This hotel does a great job. The hotel was clean and nice. The staff was very helpful; particularly Martha who worked in the evening. She was very nice and helpful and made us feel very welcomed. The restaurant food was delicious as well.

The hotel is only 14 months old. It very tastefully modern. The food at dinner was very good. They have contracted to an outside company. Breakfast bar was also good. Convenient to airport with shuttle.

The hotel is in an area where there’s no easy public transportation to the airport. A car ride takes less than 10 mins but public transit takes more than an hour. The hotel itself is clean and nice.

PROS: Very quiet, clean, good bed, nice staff, full breakfast for free. And there is a commercial shuttle available for 5 eu/person. CONS: It is 14 miles from the Madrid airport, not 1.9 as stated in the property description, so our very late night cab was over 30 eu! Also, our room did not have any seating at all, just a bed and cupboards for storage.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and shuttle service to the airport. They don’t specify that It doesn’t stop at the hotel front door. You have to walk a block to get it. We had 5 suitcases. It would have been better for us to get a taxi.

The staff was amazing as was my room. I would have loved an airport shuttle. The breakfast coffee line was always long and super slow. Install an additional machine please.

A brand new hotel that had everything going for it except one thing.
Breakfast was MANIC with so many people queuing up to eat in a relatively small area. Staff, however, did a wonderful job keeping everything replenished.

The hotel is very new and nicely designed. The bedrooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is good with a decent selection. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere with no shuttle bus. There is a public bus stop nearby but they only take cash - no cards. The reception staff didn't seem at all knowledgeable about transport links to the airport! I would probably come back now I know what to do.

The location of the Hotel is excellent and the staff hospitality is great the room are clean but it will be more convenient if it equipped with refrigerator
We enjoyed our stay. The room was fine, clean and comfortable except the shower didn’t have a separate door or curtain and the water splashed everywhere. When I asked the front desk about the shower, we were told our room is equipped for handicapped people. I completely understand but it would’ve been preferable if we were told that at check-in. After we shower we were unable to use the bathroom because it was completely soaked and water poured out into the room. Communication and customer satisfaction is very important.
