Wonderful place!

Everything was as advertised! Very roomy, clean and with all necessities. Close to restaurants, bars and a grocery store. Antonio met us and gave us a little tour of the neighborhood. We’ll definitely stay again!

El propietario está muy pendiente antes de la reserva y durante la estancia, te resuelva todas las dudas. El piso está muy bien situado y ningún problema con los vecinos. Piso limpio y con lo básico y se agradece (fairy, jabón, champú, etc). Nosotros eramos 4 adultos y dos niños pequeños. Recomiendo este alojamiento

nette Wohnung in guter, ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist fast perfekt ausgestattet im EG einer ruhigen Wohnstraße. Mit Bus 44 (100m) und Metro Cuatro Caminos (500 m) gibt es eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. In ähnlicher Entfernung befinden sich Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation mit ihm absolut problemlos.

Schöne, empfehlenswerte Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss (mit ein paar Stufen, also nicht ganz barrierefrei), ist relativ modern und gut eingerichtet, ca. 10 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn 'Quatro Caminos' in einer Seitenstraße. Ein Supermarkt ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt, es gibt auch viele kleine Läden in der Nachbarschaft. Die beiden Bäder waren prima, wir haben wenig vermisst, außer vielleicht eine Mikrowelle und eine Leselampe an den Betten. Der Vermieter Antonio war sehr nett und kam gleich am ersten Abend gleich vorbei, als die Heizung wegen Wassermangel nicht gleich lief. Die Dame, die den Check-In übernommen hatte, konnte allerdings kein Englisch, so dass Spanisch-Grundkenntnisse zu empfehlen sind.

Très bon séjour chez Antonio

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, appartement propre et fonctionnel, bien situé proche du bus et du métro. Literie très confortable. Quelques petits travaux serait à prévoir, les volet se ferment mal et robinetterie un peu vieillissante. Cafetière un peu petite pour un appartement aussi grand et pour les amateurs de café. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour. Bonne adresse, nous recommandons.

Experience Madrid as a Madrileño!

The property is located in a working class neighborhood which is great for anyone looking to experience Madrid as the millions of city dwellers do. There are several options for public transportation within minutes of the apartment and several supermarkets, restaurants and drugstores. I found the Mercado de las Maravillas to be the jewel of the crown in this neighborhood. I loved walking through its many corridors laden with fruits from the land and from the sea. Listening to the people and how they go about their market shopping was the best part. The neighborhood has clinics ad hospitals and some artisanal workshops and specialty stores.

Casa y anfitrión muy bien

El piso es un bajo pero es luminoso. Con barrotes que dan seguridad y cristales especiales que impiden que te vean desde fuera. Está totalmente equipada para pasar unos días y próximo a autobuses que van al centro y de la boca del metro. Además, el anfitrión, Antonio, te ayuda en todo momento y facilita la estancia. Muy recomendable.

Una experiencia horrible!!!

En el anuncio todo muy bien perfecto, llego a la casa no funciona el baño, aunque tienen dos pero éramos muchos, no funcionaba el aire y en la casa hacía un calor horrible, y aparte de todo tenía que esperar yo a los técnicos que venían a arreglar eso uno me dejo esperando media hora supuestamente porque no podía aparcar cosa que no es verdad, porque durante el día se aparca bien en la zona, después de 2 días solucionaron lo del aire acondicionado, cuando eso se tendría que mirar todo antes de que se alquile un piso y no cuando ya nos instalamos por que todos en la casa trabajamos y no podemos estar pendientes de que vengan los técnicos a solucionar dichos problemas. , luego los colchones de una de las literas por que no quisimos ni mirar los de la otra litera al quitar las sábanas estaban lleno de humedad y moho en la parte de abajo y también el sofá cama del salón en la parte de abajo igual, en resumidas cuentas un experiencia de lo PEOR ya que no es nada barato el alquiler que piden para el estado en el que estaba la mayoría de las cosas.

El apartamento está bien situado y con fácil acceso a los transportes de la ciudad. Para ir a las embajadas y al centro. Tiene un parking grande privado que cabe una furgoneta que mide 1,90m de altura y de largo. No nos hace más tranquilo aún de no preocupar buscando por donde aparcar. El precio es aparte pero Antonio te lo dará por un precio muy bajo 🙂. Antonio nos atendió en todas las cosas que nos faltó y nos explicó por dónde está los supermercados y nos orientó algo sobre el barrio que es un plus!!!! Es muy recomendable el apartamento y Antonio. Seguramente que volveremos a estar en su apartamento cuando volvamos a visitar Madrid! Gracias Antonio por todos!
