Catching the airport shuttle was a little drama the lady doesn't understand English she wouldn't let us board the shuttle kept saying no no no even though I was showing her our booking. Finally let us board after looking at my paperwork properly. The staff at the hotel were great the room was great nice and clean organising a shuttle back to the airport was easy they even had coffee fruit and pastries for w.
