"They had clean rooms and the staff was very friendly. The parking is the problem. There is a crumbling parking lot, that they know of and no one is allowed to park there. Understandable, but it would be helpful to let people know that you cant pull up to the building and park. This is not accessible for handicap people. Just recommend they let people know that when they book there is a problem with there parking lot, which we all would understand, just let people know that there is an issue and you are working on it."

"It was gorgeous and so clean. Great Downtown location. Was bummed we didn’t try any of the restaurants onsite. My only gripe is the water bottle situation. They only give you 2 a day then didn’t refresh with housekeeping. When we asked for additional we got a lecture about being charged. Other Hilton properties arent as stingy about this."
