"Hotel reasonably close to the airport. Booked a two bedroom, two bath apartment for me and parents. First allotted one had a questionable nicotine odor though it was a non smoking room. Front desk was quick to change the room after we notified them. Really nice of them to do that immediately. All staff were very polite and genuinely hospitable. Food was good at Cafe mercara and Madras pavilion. The Madras pavilion buffet is good but not great. Also the buffets gets crowded at any meal and can be noisy during peak hours. For a hotel this big, I felt the gym was small and no indoor stationery bikes either. Would definitely stay here again since I am a Marriott member, although I would check the other similar hotels in this category too. "

"The bathroom toilet seat was loose and broken. Switchboards were improper. Wifi constant disconnection. No towels provided or bathroom kit provided until asked on 2nd day. Towel hanger in bathroom is broken. No proper internet connectivity. "

"I stayed here for four days and had a great experience. It’s an excellent budget option, located in a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and affordable stay. Popular areas like T Nagar, Anna Nagar, and Marina Beach are accessible by cab within 40–50 minutes. There’s heavy traffic due to metro construction work. "
