The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club
Had a great stay. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean: room, lobby, common areas, pool, elevators and even the parking ramp. Staff were accommodating. Ordered brunch room service and it was delicious, prices were reasonable. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend.

The first room we checked into had food in the freezer and the toilet wasn't working. The second room had a working toilet and was cleaner, but I don't know why I paid $20 more for a "king suite with separate seating area" as it was one room. Best Western Premier Park Hotel
The property is meticulously maintained and beautiful. The staff is informative, helpful, and kind. The pillows are heavenly. It was a very enjoyable stay.
