"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. I loved the fact that it had co working spaces downstairs and a laundry facility on the ground floor. "First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon). Best Western Premier Hotel Bayonne Etche Ona - Bordeaux

10/10 Excellent

"Everything was great!"

Staycity Aparthotels, Bordeaux City Centre

8/10 Good

"We enjoyed our stay! The room was as advertised, and we especially loved having an on-site laundry facility available for guests to use. It was a very convenient feature. The only small improvements I would suggest are brighter lighting in the bathroom, an additional luggage rack or bench, and a few more hangers in the closet. Overall, we had a great stay!"

Hôtel Life Bordeaux Gare - BG

8/10 Good

"Great location near a metro stop! Nice and clean rooms. Note that the shower is in an open concept bathroom so there are no shower walls. This was a big challenge for us as water got everywhere in the bathroom which we really weren't used to and didn't enjoy. Lighting in the room could also be improved as it was very dark by the bunk areas in the room for 4 that we booked."

Premiere Classe Bordeaux Ouest - Mérignac Aéroport

10/10 Excellent

"I have stayed in very many Premiere Classe motels across France. This was the best of the bunch! Modern, clean, good size room with a "proper" shower room. I am a fan of the good value Premiere Classe breakfast and this was no exception. Not too far from the airport (maybe a 30min walk). If you have large bags or prefer not to walk its located close to the second tram stop from the airport. If you had a car, the car park looked to be a good size and felt safe enough to me. Perfect for an overnight stop."
