- Step into your exclusive wellness sanctuary at our West Coast–inspired Forest Retreat cabin. Enjoy a locally crafted cedar Nootka barrel sauna and invigorating cold plunge, perfect for unwinding, rejuvenating, and soaking in the peace of your forest surroundings.
Nestled on over half an acre bordering a serene provincial park, our cabin offers the ideal mix of cozy comfort and natural beauty. Relax with a glass of wine by the wood-burning stove, gaze through large picture windows at the towering trees, or step onto the spacious deck to listen to birdsong and the wind rustling through the forest.
A short 5–10 minute walk along a tranquil forest trail brings you to the ocean and provincial park, where you can hike, trail-run, kayak, swim, fish, or simply watch the sun set over the water. Experience the true West Coast “Coast Life” in a private, peaceful setting.
Perfect for large families (up to 10 people) or small, quiet groups (2–4 guests) seeking rest and rejuvenation. We maintain a strictly quiet environment and we apologize we do not host large adult-only groups or bookings for guests in their 20s.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
1. Turn off all thermostats upstairs.
2. Set the downstairs thermostat to 18.5°C.
3. Close any windows you opened.
4. Ensure the back door and dining room double doors are locked (pins inserted top and bottom).
5. Turn off all lights except the stove hood light.
6. Leave used towels in downstairs bathtub (do not strip beds)
7. Clean the BBQ if you used it
8. Load the dishwasher, wash any pots/pans you use
9. Take all garbage-recycling with to avoid charges
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
