Incredible Spot!
Our group of 14 thoroughly enjoyed our 7-day stay at the Cliffside Villa. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac just outside of the precious town of Ponto Do Sol. The house is spacious and easily accommodates a large group. The view of the sea from the pool and balconies is incredible. Communication with Carlos/Caty was quick and easy. Our host had delicious snacks and beverages upon our arrival which was such a nice gesture! Thanks so much for having us. We hope to come back to Madeira!

Spacious home

Amazing villa
Amazing villa. Incredible views. Excellent communication from host. The villa is in an incredible setting. The house accommodated 9 no problem with lots of space for everyone. The infinity pool was a hit with all. A car is a necessity to make most of setting. We hope to book again next year

Great off season stay
We came for a week in the winter. The weather was variable, but good enough. The property was excellent, and as advertised. We had a few minor issues during this day, and the owner showed up very quickly and remedied everything. We paid the extra charge to have the pool heated and it was very nice at 29.5°.

Trip of a lifetime with a villa to match
Our stay at this Ocean Cliff Villa property was nothing short of exceptional! The remote location provided breathtaking panoramic views, offering a tranquil escape for our group of 11. The heated pool added a touch of luxury, allowing us to unwind while soaking in the stunning surroundings. Communication with the host was outstanding, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. The thoughtful gesture of a welcoming bread basket after our lengthy travel made us feel right at home. The villa's numerous rooms and abundance of windows and sliding doors on every level allowed us to embrace the outdoors effortlessly. With such a serene and beautiful atmosphere, there were days when we couldn't resist staying at the villa, captivated by its charm. This property truly exceeded our expectations, earning it a well-deserved 5-star review.

Amazing Family Holiday
We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Ocean Cliff Villa. There were 5 adults and 4 children in our party and the property was suitable for everybody. Food was left for us on arrival which was really helpful as we arrived quite late and Carlos was flexible with check out which was appreciated. The villa was fantastic, well equipped and the view is stunning! Kids loved the pool and a travel cot and high chair were available for our 1 year old. Would definitely recommend this property!

Heaven on earth
Carlos and family are great hosts. The house was built to entertained a family the size of mine: 8 adults and 5 children. I cannot imagine a house in the entire island with a better, more beautiful view, pool, ample rooms. The gardens are amazing with limes and lemons, figs, bananas, hot peppers, herbs, etc. a true paradise! I will definitely go back to 104 Estrada do quebrada!

Stunning property with great views
This was a spectacular house, with the best infinity pool - a real highlight for us all. Great for a large family with kuds of all ages, the older ones loved the pool table. The resident cars were super cute too. Highly recommend!

Fabulous villa!

We were a party of 12 (3 families) and we all absolutely loved this place. I still can’t quite believe the views! Incredible view and property
A two year Covid delay but our extended family finally had an opportunity to visit paradise. Ranging in age from 53 to 10 the first item of business was swimming in the infinity pool. Incredible views and accommodatings all around. The house was more than enough space for everyone- with game rooms for the kids, gormet kitchen for the adults. The hosts were responsive whenever we had questions for pre-trip planning to during our visit needs. Thumbs up all around. Only downside was we wanted to stay longer!

Beyond Outstanding!
Had a wonderful 10 days at the villa. The photos do not do it justice. The views are incredible. Lots of space internally and externally. Great location. Beautiful balconies. Well provided for in equipment etc and spotlessly clean. The Hosts are beyond amazing and did so much to make our stay incredible, with welcome pack etc. Nothing was too. I h trouble for them. Five star all round!

Stunning Villa
An absolute stunning villa in a spectacular location. Carlos was more than welcoming with all the goodies in the fridge and home cooked speciality cheese, meats, spices in a crusty loaf. With an early start to get to Madeira it was a real treat. Nothing was too much trouble and we are planning to return if we can line up all our annual leave dates! Highly recommend!!

Amazing and perfect!
Carlos’s Villa was everything we imagined, and more! Carlos greeted us with a home cooked meal, beverages, and a giant bowl of local fruit. The location of the villa was perfect for us - out of the city, but only a 10 minute drive to the local grocery store. The views from the villa and pool were stunning - nothing but the ocean in front of us, with magical sunsets each night, and endless stars once it was dark. The house itself was more than enough for us - plenty of room for a large family gathering if you are considering one. Everything seemed brand new, and was perfect. We couldn’t have imagined a better villa, location, and overall holiday. Thank you so much, Carlos!

Dream holiday
This is a fantastic house to spend a holiday in, everything is clean and immaculate. It is well equipped and from our family's point of view lots of baby equipment was provided. The pool is wonderful and was enjoyed by all ages. Carlos was there to greet us when we arrived and had provided lots of wonderful goodies for us to enjoy including a welcome meal, for which we all thank him for. We hope to return in the near future.

Just perfect
Carlos and Maria are the perfect hosts. They respond quickly and made us feel very welcome. The house is magnificent and extremely spacious. It sleeps 14 and there is more than enough space for such large groups. There are 3 master bedrooms all with beautiful views. The pool is great and Carlos amde sure it was heated to the temperature we requested. The house is located at the end of a dead-end wY and it's very quiet. The location demands a car but the directions to the house are very clear and Google maps works great. We had a perfect holiday and if we would decide to come back to Madeira, this house will be our first choice.

Die Lage mit Blick über das Meer ist unschlagbar, Service und Freundlichkeit des Vermieters hervorragend. Auto ist leider erforderlich, da Fußwege extrem steil. Trotzdem unbedingt zu empfehlen!

The Ocean Cliff Villa is simply the most authentic place to enjoy an unforgettable vacation on beautiful Madeira. The location and view are gorgeous and one of a kind. The villa is as specious as a small hotel, perfectly equipped and very clean, with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday.

Schöne Villa mit phantastischem Meerblick
Wir haben eine Woche mit der ganzen Familie (8 Personen) in dieser schönen Villa verbracht Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten, mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Von überall im Haus und im Pool hat man diese wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Gastgeber sind sehr net und sogar eine kleine Panne am Feiertag wurde augenblicklich behoben

Traumhafte Unterkunft!
Dieses Haus präsentiert sich genau so wie auf den Bildern, es ist dort tatsächlich so schön. Der sehr nette Vermieter Carlos war sehr um uns bemüht. Bereits bei der Ankunft war ein köstliches, warmes Essen für uns alle vorbereitet. Dieverse Getränke wie Wein und Bier tanden gekühlt bereit. Das Haus befindet sich in traumhafter und absoluter ruhigen Lage, an den Klippen. Die Aussicht, der Pool und die Zufahrt ist atemberaubend! Wunderbare Zimmer! Alles Blitzsauber- eine Fantastische Unterkunft! Vielen Dank Carlos!

Ein Traumhaus!
Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem Haus verbracht und wurden, wie auch unsere Vorgänger, von Carlos verwöhnt. Er ist sehr liebenswert und hilfsbereit! Das Haus liegt in traumhafter Lage. Es stören weder Nachbarn noch Straßenverkehr. Ein Auto ist allerdings erforderlich! Der Pool wurde für uns geheizt. So konnten wir ihn auch im Januar nutzen, was wir häufig machten. Die Einrichtung ist völlig in Ordnung - man findet genügend Badetücher vor, das Wasser in den Duschen war immer wohlig warm und das Geschirr reichte uns aus. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, vier der sechs Zimmer blicken hinaus aufs Meer. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Un très bonne accueil et une villa exceptionnelle, qui est encore mieux que sur les photos. La vue est magnifique et la terasse est très grande. Nous avons passer de très bonne vacance à Madère.
